Initiate Request
Log into your Ishhaara account or visit our returns portal to submit a request with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
Quality Approval
Our team will review your request and images of the product to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.
Package Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original Ishhaara box.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
